The concept for "Baltic Boss Babes" emerged during a meal shared by Aija and Kadi Saadlo (a fellow entrepreneur) in a cozy Riga restaurant. The two women bonded over their experiences as female entrepreneurs in the male-dominated startup industry and recognized a gap in honest and unfiltered perspectives on building successful startups. This realization led to the creation of "Baltic Boss Babes: The Unfiltered Edition."
