From Boardrooms to Boot Camps: Hilarious Attempts at Atomic Habits & Everything Else.

Imagine: you're holding a laptop in one hand, a green smoothie in the other, and attempting a one-legged squat in between back-to-back meetings. Welcome to the wacky world of female founders, where business and fitness collide like a pair of mismatched socks in the dryer.

So, what's the deal with atomic habits and why are female founders trying to embrace them? Well, it's simple, really. We're all about small, incremental changes that eventually lead to big results, whether it's in the boardroom or the gym. But it's not just about looking good in a power suit (though we do rock those like nobody's business) - it's about feeling like we've got our lives together, even when the world seems to be falling apart at the seams.

Atomic habits sound great in theory, but let's be real – we're only human. And sometimes, our attempts at these tiny changes can lead to some hilarious bloopers. You might find us mixing up our morning routine by accidentally brushing our teeth with face cream or putting on two different shoes before rushing out the door.

And when it comes to fitness, we've all tried some questionable workouts and diets along the way - juice cleanses, hot yoga, paleo, keto, interpretive dance cardio, you name it. But atomic habits are like the trendy athleisure of self-improvement, and we can't resist trying them on for size.

Female founders are masters of multitasking, juggling roles as CEOs, mothers, partners, and friends. So, when we hear about a technique that promises to make our lives more efficient, we say, "Bring it on!" It's just another way for us to show the world that we can do it all - and look fabulous while doing it.

But, of course, there's always a twist. You might catch us swapping out protein shakes for glasses of wine during a particularly stressful week, or sneaking in a chocolate bar while drafting an important email. Hey, we're only human, and a little indulgence never hurt anyone, right?

So, here's to the female founders who are trying to master atomic habits while crushing it in the gym and in the boardroom. We'll keep working on our habits, one hilarious blooper at a time, breaking glass ceilings and laughing our way through the chaos. And if we happen to look fabulous while doing it? Well, that's just the cherry on top of the (low-carb, gluten-free) cake.
